useful kitchen daily service helpful assistance
my studio apartment included air conditioning and a useful kitchen. it also had a balcony i used often. daily towel service kept things fresh and the staff provided helpful assistance.

equipped kitchen great location broken safe uncomfortable pillows
The room was a studio. it featured a well-equipped kitchen, including coffee pods (a nice touch). the location was great. Markets and restaurants were very close.
the flat's safe was broken. pillows were also uncomfortable (it affected my sleep).

filthy bath stained towels
the pool was decent. that is the best i can say.
the room was not clean. the bath had filth on it. the towels had stains and the pull out beds were clearly not cleaned. the pillows felt lumpy. i am very disappointed.
